On behalf of President Obama and the people of the United States, I congratulate the people of Andorra as you celebrate your national holiday, Our Lady of Meritxell Day, on September 8. Andorra has a long history and a rich culture, and it is an outstanding example of modern economic success and full employment on the European continent.
